Returning an item
If you need to return an item to us then please do so within 28 days of receipt of your order. The item must be returned in new, sealed and unused condition, in the original box and with all paperwork to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, or the box. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. If you received any free gifts or promotional items with your order then these must also be returned for the item to be eligible for a refund.
Prior to returning your item(s) please email email@example.com quoting your order number and your intention to return the item. We will email you return instructions within 1-2 business days. Follow the return instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address listed below:

We strongly recommend that you return any items to us using a 'Signed For' or 'Recorded' method of postage as we cannot be held responsible for anything that goes missing.
Please ensure that you repack the product in its original packaging materials, including paperwork.
Return shipping charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, we will cover the cost to re-ship the new item back to the customer.
All items properly returned under the conditions above are eligible for a full refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (delivery included) will be credited when Shave Lounge has received and processed your return. This will typically be 1-2 business days after the item was delivered back to us.
If you choose a refund, we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds typically take 1-2 working days to appear in your PayPal account.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and contact telephone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is any damage to the carton on delivery, refuse the order and contact email@example.com immediately.
